AGI PROGRAM AND CONTRIBUTION TO SDGs
In September 2015, the United Nations General Assembly adopted an action plan for the well-being and prosperity of our planet and its inhabitants, entitled “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development “.
The Program includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by all Member States of the United Nations which are the expression of humanity’s shared vision and aspirations for the future and the aim is to accelerate their achievement, so that they improve the living conditions of citizens.
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted aim to facilitate the achievement of important changes to transform the world into a more just and environmentally friendly society. This implies, among other things, putting an end to poverty in all its forms and everywhere (SDG 1), fighting against inequalities (SDG 10) and injustice (SDG 16) ensuring food security (SDG2), promoting responsible production and consumption (SDG 12) and fight against climate change (SDG 13) by 2030.
The international community is unanimous that accelerating progress in achieving the SDGs will be through green and digital technologies and digital financial inclusion
The AGI (Africa Green Impact) program aims to make a concrete technological contribution to the resolution of issues that concern the international community and the Cameroon Government which are part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015 on sustainable development.

MOBILIZING SDG FUNDING FOR THE AGI PROGRAM
During the Sustainable Development Financing Forum held in mid-April 2019 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, with the participation of representatives of Member States, businesses and civil society, with the objective of accelerating the action in favor of sustainable development, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called on developed countries to “fully respect their commitments” in financing sustainable development and said: “We need more money to implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”.
For the UN Head, governments, businesses and civil society must “coordinate an urgent global response” to tackle inequality and climate change.
The secretary-general also called for increasing “both the amount and the impact of investments” through action from the private sector, official development assistance, international financial institutions, civil society and philanthropic organizations
With regard to Central Africa, it should be noted that most of the funding offered by international financial institutions to support the achievement of the SDGs, especially for the private sector, is not accessible for lack of bankable projects.
The AGI program offers a “business mode” characterized by its profitability and by its social and environmental impact, allowing RADER PLC and the following actors to take advantage of the financial and non-financial services offered by the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the African Development Bank (AfDB), the European Investment Bank (EIB) and by PROPARCO, a subsidiary of the French Development Agency (AFD). • Cooperatives
